C-level dashboard
Reporting — C-level dashboard puts a manager's chosen KPIs on one screen: company financials, the capacity actually used, and what the B2B channel sold.
All modulesBORA Systems is a ferry operations platform built in Tallinn, Estonia — 33 modules across 6 functional categories, each on its own microservice with a local API. Certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR-compliant. As of 2026, in daily service across three regions: the Baltic, the Channel Islands and the Persian Gulf.
What does it do?
C-level dashboard is the screen a manager keeps open. It carries a selected set of KPIs rather than everything the platform can count: company financials, how much of the capacity sold was actually used, and what the B2B channel brought in.
The figures are read from the same live records every other module writes to, so the dashboard and a detailed report cannot disagree — they are two readings of one ledger, not two exports reconciled after the fact.
How does it work?
Choose
A manager selects the KPIs the dashboard carries.
Read
Each one is read from live operations, not from an export.
Show
Financials, used capacity and B2B sales sit on one screen.
Follow
Where a figure needs explaining, the detail behind it is Reporting's job.
What does it connect to?
C-level dashboard reads financials from Ledger, used capacity from Inventory and Vehicles, and B2B sales from Sales and Customers & Agents. The detail behind any figure lives in Reporting.
C-level dashboard exposes a local API, like every other module.
What are its limits?
What it deliberately does not do:
- C-level dashboard reads; it is not a place to enter or correct data.
- C-level dashboard carries the KPIs someone selected, not every figure the platform holds — what nobody put on it is not on it.
- C-level dashboard is a summary, not the detail: the reporting behind a number is Reporting's job, and deeper analysis is a BI tool's.
Frequently asked questions
What does it show?
Company financials, the capacity actually used, and B2B sales — the KPIs a manager has selected.
Is this the same as Reporting?
No. Reporting produces the detailed operational reporting; the dashboard carries a selected set of KPIs read from the same live records.
Are the KPIs fixed?
No. They are selected, which is also the limit — a figure nobody put on the dashboard is not on it.
