What does it do?
Customers & Agents is the record of who books — individual passengers and travel agencies alike — and the terms that apply to each. A booking is attached to a customer, so history, agreements and agency settlement terms follow it.
One customer record across channels means an agency's terms apply whether they book online or through their dedicated interface, without re-keying.

- Customers & Agents does not run loyalty campaigns itself; it holds the records those draw on.
