The Agency portal is the interface built for travel agencies rather than passengers — it applies each agency's agreed terms, credit and settlement, and books into the same reservation flow as every other channel.
Because it shares the flow, an agency booking is the same object as a direct one, and the agency's terms follow it without re-keying at the desk.

- Agency portal serves agencies; the passenger-facing storefront is the Passenger website.
- Agency portal applies terms held in Customers & Agents; it does not define those terms.
