What does it do?
Documents is where every artefact a sale produces is generated — the ticket, the confirmation, the receipt — from one set of templates the operator controls. Whatever channel made the sale, the document is the same.
Because the templates are central, a change to a ticket layout or a confirmation's wording applies everywhere at once, without touching each channel.

- Documents generates documents; it does not send them — Notifications delivers them.
- Documents is not a document-management archive: it produces the artefacts, retention is the operator's policy.
